Kids Are Heroes. Meet Julie.

Hailing from Frederick, MD, 13 year old Julie keeps busy helping others. Miss Julie spends her spare time participating in events like Relay For Life, volunteering many hours to help the Independent Submarine Races (ISR), as a volunteer and has been helping with the animals at the Frederick County Department of Animal Control. She is also planning to participate with Wags for Hope to help cheer up people who are ill, and to help children with reading.
