I am feeling badly this week so this is a guest post brought to you by LG.

Thanks for the post, Lucius Gaines
This year I was extremely prepared for the typical Halloween madness that ensues when one has three young children. I bought the costumes early, were able to get them cheaply, and had plenty of candy ready to give away. Everything seemed good until I agreed to shop for a costume for the neighbor’s five year old girl.
After she was dropped off at my house by her parents, I asked her what she wanted for a costume. No reply came out, and she just dropped the $40 her parents gave her for the costume. So I packed everyone into the car, and made sure to set the home security alarm I found online at http://www.allhomesecurity.com/before we left.
We made it to the store, and my kids tried their best to help the girl pick out a costume, but she was not paying attention to anyone. On several occasions, I had to go find her after she just left us to wander around the store. When I showed her the pretty fairy costumes, she said “No.” After going through this routine several times, I simply decided to buy a ghost costume.
Suddenly it was if she cared, as she began to protest about the costume. I didn’t listen, and bought the costume, put the change in her pocket, and then drove to drop her off at her house. Her parents were upset that the costume was a ghost one, but I told them about her behavior, and they told their daughter to “suck it up” and that she had better behave next time!
