I can NOT believe Valentine’s Day 2011 is so near upon us! It is a mere 41 days away. Are you ready? I’m not. I have no idea what the Hubby and I will be doing to celebrate this year but I can tell you where I’d like to be! I’d love to be in the mountains in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg Tennessee in a log cabin, snuggled up in front of the fireplace with my sweetie, a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries ready to enjoy. But, we have 4 delightful kiddies and quite possibly another on the way (yay! prayers appreciated) so we won’t be heading to the mountains for romance any time soon. :0) And that is ok.

Weve gone to a Valentine Banquet at church for many years. It is a fund raiser for the youth for summer camp! Our kids arent youth anymore but we still go, its fun and good food for a good cause!
