I am still on my quest to get healthier and lose all the extra weight I have put on these last two years. Part of that goal includes eating healthier and to do that, I have incorporated yogurt into my diet. When I was a child, I couldn’t stand the taste or texture of yogurt. I seriously would not touch it with a 10-foot pole! After I had my last child, I was having some digestion problems and decided to give yogurt another try to see if it would help. Lo and behold, I LOVED it! I don’t know if my taste buds just grew up or if today’s yogurt has improved but I eat it regularly now and really enjoy it. I actually crave it!
