Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion Review

I’ve been using the nicest lotion for the past few weeks, Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion. I always have dry skin on my elbows and right above my knees. I’ve found skin care products before that worked well but were either too greasy or the fragrance eventually got next to me. I have a problem with many fragrances so finding just the right products is often a difficult task for me.

The Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion is a thin, fragrance-free lotion for face, body and hands. I have been using it on my elbows and noticed a visible difference immediately. My first impression was that it absorbed completely without a lot of rubbing. My elbows were immediately softer in appearance and not itchy. My hands were not the slightest bit greasy. That is a HUGE plus! many lotions leave your hands feeling like an oil slick after applying. The Skin MD did not. And if there was any fragrance, I did not detect it. It has just a nice, clean, natural scent. Not medicinal, not floral, just clean and barely there. After a few weeks of use, the skin is no longer dry!

So, I’m not sure you can tell from the photo but the dry patch is GONE. I have an old scar there right in the middle so it is kind of hard to tell in the photo but the dry patch around the scar is healed and there is no more itching and I don’t have to worry about long sleeves rubbing and driving me crazy. The next test will be on that patch on my knee. Also, my husband works in water a lot and his knuckles stay super irritated and dry so he is using it as well. He said he liked the consistency of the lotion and the way it made his hands feel after using it. This lotion sits on my desk and is my new daily lotion!
