Have you tried ThredUp?

Have you signed up for ThredUp yet? It is a site where you purchase and sell boxes of gently used kids clothes. Basic membership on thredUP is completely free, and you only pay shipping + $5 for the boxes you pick to receive. Medium flat rate boxes cost $10.95 to ship. You NEVER pay to send boxes, only to receive. There are also PRO accounts available but I’m going to sign-up for a free account to sort of “test the waters”.
