Another reason to love SwagBucks: Alabama Tornado Relief Fund Donations!

You may recall a post I made yesterday about how much I absolutely love SwagBucks.

Well I have another reason to share with you and I would love to get you involved. A few months ago, SwagBucks participated in a relief fund for those affected by the Japan earthquakes/tsunami. They are now working alongside United Way of Western Alabama and taking donations for the Alabama Tornado Relief Fund. The destruction and loss is beyond devastating. Here in Kentucky, we were very lucky. We had our fair share of tornadoes during the outbreak and severe flooding which is another horror story of it’s own,  but the tornado damage is no where near that of Alabama. And that is what we are talking about here today. The loss of homes, the loss of lives, the loss of mental peace.

Members of SwagBucks like myself, and you when you join (it’s FREE) can choose to donate the credits you earn while doing your regular internet searches, to the Alabama Tornado Relief Fund, instead of cashing them in for prizes. SwagBucks will then convert those credits into funds to be donated to United Way of Western Alabama. Isn’t that awesome? These families need our help and I for one and honored to donate as many SwagBucks as I can over the next few weeks.I’ll donate all I earn.

The deadline for donations is Tuesday May 31st at 12:00pm PDT.
