About.Me is a great site that lets you list all your online profiles and websites in one convenient place. Sort of like an online business card. This way, you can direct people to ONE address and they can still connect with you everywhere! It extremely customizable too. Add your own background or choose a ready made, select your colors, networks, websites, etc. and get it all set up.
