We totally $aved with 10 cents per gallon at Murphy USA!

So the hubs and I totally took advantage of the great 10 cents off per gallon deal at Murphy USA. He works in the construction business and has to travel all over for work. He has to use his own vehicle and the gas REALLY adds up! So, not only will Murphy USA’s new promo save us moolah when we travel for fun, it is also going to save us money this summer for work. YES!

Partial shopping list

I got got my shopping list ready, headed to Walmart and purchased a gift card then went over to Murphy USA and loaded up the tank. We even got the kids a little snack while we were there. With gas prices as high as they have been lately, it was so nice to see this lovely receipt with lower prices on it. We didn’t need a lot of gas today, just a top off but we saved over .60 cents on this trip!

If you’ve never purchased/used a Walmart giftcard before, you should really try it. You just pick out the card you want, tell the cashier how much you want to add to it, check out and then give it as a gift or head over to Murphy USA to buy your gas. I also love the fact that we can pay at the pump with the giftcard. It makes our gas trip quick and easy.
