I have been using the neatest service for accessing my childs online medical records It is called MotherKnows and it is an online site that allows you to input your childrens pediatrician/physicians info and retrieve all of their medical records in one handy spot. I’ll tell you more about how it works but first I’d like to say that the customer service is outstanding! One of our pediatricians called me because the signature from where I e-signed the release didn’t match my signature on their files. She wanted to make sure everything was legit before she released the medical records. That is awesome that they took that much care with my childs records but it made it a little hard to get started on my review.
The MotherKnows team has kept in constant contact with me during the waiting period and we BOTH relayed everything from our phone calls with my Ped. office. They kept me up to date on the delays and why it was taking awhile. The other Dr.s sent everything right through with no problems at all. It has been such a pleasure working with MotherKnows in retrieving the medical records.
On the MotherKnows site, you can list your childs Vitals such as allergies and medical conditions. Once you have signed the medical release and they have received the info from your Dr. you can track current, due and upcoming immunizations. I love being able to track the immunization history.
I can quickly and easily see their pending and completed immunizations. (click thumbnails below to see larger image)
There is a tab to keep track of past and current medications your child may be taking. My child isn’t currently taking any medication but if she was, I could keep up with the date started, the dosage and when it was discontinued.
The next tab is for Growth. In that section I can keep up with her weight and height and it automatically charts her progress. I cal print an Emergency Health Record. This contains info like your childs age, blood type, date of birth, gender, allergies, medical conditions, up-to-date immunizations, physician and insurance information. This way you can have a handy personal health record with you at all times.
Another of my most favorite sections is the Appointments section. You will find a complete list of your child Dr. visits and can view any documents from that visit. I was able to see a complete copy of the immunization records and school physical record. The actual document from the physician!
It is VERY easy to get started. After you signup for a MotherKnows account, (several levels to choose from) enter your physicians info. MotherKnows will then email you a link to e-sign the medical release so they can retrieve your childs medical records. They will then email you when everything is ready. EASY! It is like having your very own medical filing cabinet without having to do all the filing!!!
The first 500 people to sign up will get a Free Child ID Kit when you signup through this link (http://goo.gl/O5tWx) and enter this code: MK4 <—- You MUST use that link and enter that code. MotherKnows is also offering a no-risk money back guarantee if you sign up for their service. Use it for 60 days and if at any time you’re not satisfied, cancel your account for a full refund.
I am extremely pleased with this service. It makes it very easy to keep up with the kids medical records and appointments. I HIGHLY recommend MotherKnows!

I like the mothers know child’s online medical records. This is good because, you can organize the medical records of your children; also you can easily find their previous records. Another interesting giveaway you have posted in your blog Crystal.
