T.G.I. FRiDAY’S Entrées for One. The guys will love this!

Guys, if you think you can’t cook yourself a delicious meal think again. If you can push a button on a microwave, you can fix something yummy! T.G.I. FRiDAYS has a new line of T.G.I. FRiDAY’S “Entrées for One” with several great sounding flavors. None wants to go to the trouble of fixing a full meal for just themselves so I was curious to see if this was something my husband would fix for himself if the kids and I weren’t home. So I put him and T.G.I. FRiDAYS to the test.

He picked out the Sesame Orange Chicken which looked really good on the package. He likes that you can cook it right in the bag. I LOVE that you can because it saves me from having to wash another dish. He can fix food for himself but apparently, he doesn’t know how to clean up the mess afterwards.

To fix it, all you have to do it put it in the microwave, seam side up for about 4 minutes. There are tiny holes to allow the steam to escape while cooking.

Hubs popped it in the microwave and in less than 5 minutes, the kitchen was smelling yummy and he was enjoying a fantastic Chinese dish. I snuck a bite, or two, and I have to admit that I thought it was really good. I asked the Hubby what he thought and he said that it tasted just like the Orange Chicken from our local Chinese take-out. He said the veggies were cooked thoroughly, the rice was good and the chicken was nice and tender. And there was plenty of sauce. He said this was something that he could easily fix for himself and would definitely buy it or one of the others 8 flavors again. I have to admit, I would too! It is really good. He said next time, he’d like to try the Sizzling Steak Fajitas but they were out of those at my store. Another yummy sounding flavor is Cajun-Style Chicken Alfredo. I bet he’d love that!
