We don’t usually like to think about digestive health. It’s certainly not something you normally want to read about in a blog post. But it is  part of our lives and something that can affect us every day. And hey, this blog is a place for us all to talk to each other about anything that ails us right? So today we’re talking about poo. :D

Going too much or not enough can leave you miserable and in pain. My husband suffers from irritable bowel syndrome and goes frequently. Sometimes after every meal! I on the other hand am at the total opposite end of the bowel habit spectrum and rarely go. Seriously, like once a week if I’m lucky. When I am on the Vegan or Vegetarian meal plan, I go fairly regularly but still not as well as I should. So I thought Probiotics might be the way to “go” (pun intended) for both my husband and myself.

I am working on a project for Collective Bias regarding Members Mark 4X Probitics too and since I wanted them for both of us, I also figured buying them in bulk would be the best plan so we headed to Sam’s Club in search of the Members Mark 4X Probiotics.

The hub’s and I will both be using them for a period of two weeks and then I’ll create another post updating everyone on any changes we notice. I bet you can’t wait, can you?

Check out my shopping experience in my ThisMoment Story and be sure to read our follow up post. You never know, this might be the product you’ve been needing to make your digestive life better!!!

You can find Sam’s Club on Facebook.

This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias.
