Members Mark 4X Probiotic helps me go… potty! #digestivehealth @SAMSCLUB

Ok, telling you that Members Mark 4X Probiotics help me go might be a little bit TMI. But for anyone who has digestive issues, this is great news!

I mentioned in a previous post that my husband and I would both be trialing the probiotics. He has irritable bowel syndrome and goes too frequently. Sometimes after every meal. I, on the other hand, rarely go. I’m talking, once a week if I’m lucky. If I’m eating the wonderful vegetarian/vegan diet, then I go more regularly. But my digestive health could still use a little help.

So, we tried the Members mark 4X Probiotics, available at Sam’s Club,  for the last two weeks and guess what? It helped us both! It actually helped him go less and me go more. We both just became “regular”. My stomach feels so much better. I’m not having the constant fullness and bloating that I usually have. I’m also able to eat popcorn again without having pain. We recently went on vacation and I decided to try some. I was so happy to be able to eat it again. We also fixed a big pot of chili while on vacation and both my Husband and I were able to enjoy it. He didn’t end up spending the entire night in the bathroom. AWESOME!

So, I am going to continue trying the Members Mark 4X Probiotics and see if they continue to work. I am very excited to be trying this product out.
