One way to improve your product or service is by garnering customer feedback. And one way to do so online is with a survey software. Polls and surveys are great ways to find out what your customers or readers want. They are also a great way to determine what works best on your website.
I use surveys quite often on Cinnamon Hollow WAHM Exchange. I ask my members what features they like or dislike and what they would like to see added or removed. This helps me to see what improvements I need to make to my site and what is working effectively. I have found that my members really respond to quick surveys and polls too. They can leave as little or as much feedback as they’d like and they can do so anonymously. This lets them express their wishes without being in the line of fire. Not that I would ever be harsh with a member for expressing their wants or needs, but it offers a bit of comfort when telling someone you don’t like what they have to offer.
One of my recent polls using an online survey software, brought in hundreds of answers. And I found a few changes that needed to be made to my traffic exchange to get it back to what it used to be. With its growth came changes that took it away from the homey, one-on-one feel that it was built around. I didn’t like it and neither did my members and by doing a survey, they were able to tell me exactly how they felt, quickly and easily. And I was able to make the needed changes. Survey’s work for bloggers as well. You might not be selling a physical product from your blog, but you are interacting with people on a daily basis. By doing a poll, you can get feedback on your site design, downloads readers might enjoy, products they’d like to see, etc. I think I’ll do a poll here to see what products you all would like to see me try to review next. I love feedback!
If you are currently using a survey software on your blog or website, what are some tips you might have for running successful survey’s?

Cinna Mommy loved your post!
I think you are correct, unless you have customer feedback you can improve in your services and the desire to give better services decreases.
I think both positive & negative feedback’s are important for any business and they should be taken very constructively!
@Grant Brookes@Website Designers, Thank you very much for stopping by and commenting! And you are totally correct. Without feedback, how would we know what to improve on?
