How To Find People By Area Code Or Last Known Location

Have you ever lost important contact information? I Have!

Being in the internet marketing business and even as a product reviewer/blogger, I have a LOT of contacts to keep up with. Between marketing clients, advertising customers, PR and Brand Reps, that is a lot of valuable contact information.

So, what happens if you lose any or all of it? I have my contacts information in several “safe” locations but let’s face it, the unthinkable can (and often times does) happen, especially in this technology age when everything is digital or on the computer. But you can usually find most if not all of that contact info again. Do you know how to find people by area code or last known location?

There are several sites out there that offer these services. If you know exactly where that person lives, you can search by their states area codes and find all current public contact information. This typically includes their phone numbers and most are published in paper and online directories.

If you don’t know exactly what their location is, or if you think an old friend or contact might have moved, you can still search by their last known location. Some of the sites I found require a small fee for locating that information for you. But if you are genuinely needing to find someone, it is well worth it. Especially in the business world. If your contacts list is lost, you can still find their phone numbers and rebuild it fairly easily. This is a great tool for those of us conducting business both on and offline.

Because much of your information is included in these directories, it is also a great idea to check them out ans edit the information you want provided by using the contact information on that directory ans asking for information you want kept private to be removed.
