I can’t stand ants!

GROSS!

They are nasty little buggers that are near impossible to get rid of. Once they create an infestation, you’re in for a major buggy war.

We have been battling ants for a solid year. Yes, you read that right. a YEAR! Just when we think we have them all, they come right back. We have tried products to kill ants, products to repel ants, natural “home remedies”, products that are said to kill the queen, etc. Nothing has worked! And I swear the vibration from my vacuum drives them inside. We manage to get them gone for a few days and as soon as I vacuum, that night we have ants again! It’s insane. It really is.

Both of these products work similarly. The ants eat either the gel or the bait inside the station and take it back to their nest killing the queen and the colony. Some of the other products we tried were supposed to do the same thing. Obviously, those didn’t work because we still has ants.

MY THOUGHTS:

My husband put some of the gel along the back door. That is where we saw the biggest trail. He also placed some along the kitchen window seal. He also placed one of the baits in each of our bathrooms.I chose to use the baits inside because they are child resistant. The bait is inside a compartment that the ants can get into but children can’t. As with any product, please use with caution and keep away from children and pets as it can cause harmful effects if ingested or comes in contact with skin, eyes, etc. Use common sense with any pest control item!

I waited two weeks before writing this post because I wanted to see just how effective this product would be.

We are ANT FREE! I honestly have not seen one ant in my home in the last two week period. The Combat Source Kill Max has worked. Finally after a year, I have no little nasty black ants! When I said thank God, earlier in this post, I meant it. Combat has been a God send this summer!!!
