Pump It Up has an awesome sweepstakes going right now along with a giveaway for a Tom and Jerry: Robin Hood and His Merry Mouse DVD. I remember watching Tom & Jerry as a kid. Today, some people call these shows too violent, but you know what? I don’t really remember ever noticing it as violence when I was little. And my kids don’t today. They don’t act out the shows or pretend to be the characters. But they laugh at the storylines and we sit together as a family and watch the show. Something they DON’T do when watching todays cartoons that have people, not animals, blowing each other up and setting out to destroy the world.
So, to me, it is an acceptable cartoon from my past. One that I loved and one that my kids love.
We loved watching Tom and Jerry: Robin Hood and his Merry Mouse. We too this movie with us on vacation last week and watched in on the the big screen in the Theater room of the cabin we stayed in. It was AWESOME!
