Each time this campaign comes around, I jump at the chance to participate and write a [intlink id="5750" type="post"]post[/intlink]. I have shared this campaign 3 previous times and will continue for as long as I am permitted.  It is extremely important to me to let my friends and family know that Buzzed Driving IS Drunk Driving. I don't think they realize that even a slight buzz still dulls your senses and makes your reaction time slower. Each Holiday, I participate in the "Buzzed Driving IS Drunk Driving" campaign through Global Influence to help bring awareness to this very real problem. Many people don't realize that even a buzz from alcohol can impair your senses enough to cause erratic and dangerous driving. Last year alone, more than 250 people died in alcohol-impaired driving crashes during the Christmas and New Year’s holiday periods.
