Dunkin’ Donuts New Bakery Series In-Home Party! #DunkinAtHome #sponsored

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Dunkin’ Donuts. I received product samples to facilitate my In-Home party as well as a promotional item to thank me for participating.

I am turning into a Dunkin’ Donuts Bakery Series coffee junkie! Last fall we hosted a party featuring Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffees (especially the coconut) were incredible. We recently had the opportunity to host another Dunkin’ Donuts at home party and I jumped up and down with glee. I big puffy heart Dunkin’ Donuts Bakery Series coffees that can be brewed at home. Cinnamon Coffee Roll is the latest addition to the Bakery Series portfolio, which includes offerings like Chocolate Glazed Donut, Blueberry Muffin, Jelly Donut, Old Fashioned Donut and Caramel Coffee Cake.

My friends, Clay and I are always up for a get together. But he has been working some crazy funky hours this summer and we haven’t been able to spend one single weekend with our pals. So we decided it was high time to take a weekend off and have some friends over.  And coffee and sweet treats it such a great way to kick off fall. So we invited everyone over, set up a coffee bar for an in-home Dunkin Donuts Party and served up some yummy muffins and glazed donuts and enjoyed spending some time with our friends. One of my girlfriends made some homemade zucchini bread muffins too. They were incredible.

I have about 5 coffee makers. (AHEM I might be a coffee maker addict. :I ) I have a Mr. Coffee Keurig that is able to use refillable k-cup type pods. I also have a Hamilton Beach 12 cup brewer. I also have the new Keurig 2.0 that I received for review and was hoping to use at the party, but it doesn’t accept my refillable cups so we didn’t get to use it. Anyway, I set up the Mr. Coffee and the 12 cup brewer. I figured since the Cinnamon Coffee Roll was the main highlight of the party I’d just brew a full pot of it. Then everyone could make individual cups of the specific flavors they wanted to try. I also made a batch of iced coffee using one of the recipes I found on the Hungry Girl blog. We made the Chocolate Cinnamon Coffee Malt Iced Coffee.

I had mugs, to-go paper coffee cups and small mason jars with straws set out, along with some crushed ice, so our guests could try the hot coffee as well as the iced coffee. The set-up worked out really well.

We received an awesome in-home party pack too. It included everything we needed to decorate for our party, each flavor of Dunkin’ Donuts bakery Series coffee as well as a bag of Cinnamon Coffee Roll coffee and a mug for each of our guests to take home.

Overall, my guests loved the Cinnamon Coffee Roll, Chocolate Glazed Donut  and Blueberry Muffin the best. The Blueberry Muffin seemed to be a favorite among the adults and the Chocolate Glazed Donut was a hit with the teens and kids. Yes, the kids were allowed to have a little coffee too. It was a party for everyone after all. My favorite was the Cinnamon Coffee Roll. I love pretty much all things cinnamon. Hey, we love cinnamon so much we named our blog cinnamon, you know?

I have to say (and not just because this is a sponsored post, but in all honesty) Dunkin’ Donuts Baskery series is my all time FAVORITE coffee to serve at home. I love that the flavor is already in the coffee so I don’t have to add a ton of heavy creamer to get fun flavors. I add about a half a teaspoon of sugar to my coffee and it is perfect. The coffee, in my opinion, is nice and rich and the taste is smooth and delicious. I always look for it when we go to Walmart. You can find it in most grocery stores so it’s super easy to find. It is my warm treat on those awesome fall days with jeans, hoodies, boots and toasted marshmallows on the bonfire.

Dunkin Donuts Bakery Series is a great way to celebrate National Coffee Month in August as well National Coffee Day coming up on September 29th!
