WOO HOO I love the products I get from Influenster including Kiss Everlasting French Nails @KissProducts #EverlastingFrench in my #SpringVoxBox. I typically grow my own nails to a sporty length and keep them polished. But I LOVE the look of a french manicure. I can’t afford to get a professional manicure and I’ve never mastered the DIY kits you can get. So I was super duper excited when I received Kiss Everlasting French nails in my Vox Box. I couldn’t wait to try them!
They’re really easy to use too. They have this little tab on the end which you hold to put them nail on. That’s in case you’re a total clutz like me and tend to glue your fake nail in place while also gluing your other finger on the top of the fake nail. Not that I’ve ever done that or anything. (yes I have)
This kit comes with the nails, glue, cuticle tool and a nail file. Choose the correct size for your nail beds. Clip your real finger nails and file them so they don’t stick out past the artificial nail. Push your cuticles back and clean them with the cuticle tool. It’s also a good idea to clean your nails with some polish remover. Then apply a little glue to both your nail and the artificial nail and use the tab to hold it in place for 5 – 10 seconds. After all your nails are glued on, twist the tab off. It comes off really easily. Then use the included file to gently file any nubs left from the tab.
Then you’re done and you have a gorgeous and, dare I say, natural looking French Manicure! My nails stayed on for 6 days before any started to loosen. They were very easy to remove too. You can buff the finish down and then soak them in polish remover. But mine came off on their own at the end of the week. Prior to that, they stayed in place without ever feeling like they were going to pop off. I was highly impressed!
