I’ve been playing with makeup for our upcoming #DisneySide party and while doing so, I realized that my face has developed some fine lines and wrinkles. There’s nothing like staring at yourself up close int he mirror to let you know just how old you’re getting. Bleh. I need to do something about that. Soon.

I found this really cool product called Valentia Even Glow Serum antioxidant treatment, exclusive to Amazon, and agreed to give it a try. It has a lot of great, natural ingredients (98% Natural Ingredients) including Vitamin C, Resistem (natural plant stem cells), green tea extract, organic rose hip oil and organic sea buckthorn oil as well as a whole list of other plant ingredients. So I figured it would either give me the results I wanted, or it wouldn’t. Either way, it was definitely worth a shot.
It’s an antioxidant treatment for your face and neck and it touts the following results:
- Evens skin tone
- Increases Glow and radiance
- Absorbs rapidly
- Boosts collagen production
- Reduces wrinkles and fine lines
Heck yeah I’d give it a try! I want a product that absorbs easily and rapidly while giving me all the benefits listed above. So I was pretty excited to give it a try.

Valentia Even Glow Serum comes in a glass dropper bottle and all you do is give it little shake and then place a couple of drops onto your clean, dry face and neck. Then rub it in. Let it dry and then you can apply your regular moisturizer, if needed. It is a medium consistency with a yellowish tint. I didn’t notice much of a fragrance. It says it is a citrus scent but to me it’s sort of a light, soapy/lotion-y scent. Nothing overpowering by any means.
The serum isn’t sticky like you’d initially think either. Looking at it in the photo below it looks like it would be. It only takes a small amount and it absorbed quickly with a light rub. I noticed, almost instantly, that is made my skin really soft and hydrated feeling. Along with using it daily on my face, I also tried a little on the tops of my hands, so I could show you what it looks like, and the dry skin instantly vanished and it stayed hydrated for several hours. I, personally, didn’t have any redness or itching. I put it on and forgot about it, going on with the rest of my day.
I haven’t noticed a huge difference, yet, in the reduction of fine lines but I do notice that my face is a lot brighter, my skintone is more even compared to the spotty redness I typically have and my face and neck are extremely soft and hydrated. I’ve not even needed to use an additional moisturizer for the 2 weeks of testing. I just can’t get over how soft my skin is. This vitamin C serum is pretty great. I’m loving my results so far!
