Deep Dish Chaffle Pizza Crust

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning


  • Preheat your waffle iron
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, almond flour and seasonings
  • Spoon mixture, evenly, onto Belgian Waffle Iron.
  • Cook 3 1/2 - 4 minutes (My waffle iron cooks it perfectly in 3 1/2 minutes. You may need ot experiment with your waffle iron)
  • Once Chaffle is cooked through, place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, add your pizza toppings of choice and bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly and lightly browned.


The ingredients amounts in this recipe are for a Belgian Waffle Iron. To make in a Dash mini, use half the ingredients.
