Instructions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker / crock pot on low heat
Heat on low heat for 2 hours or until chocolate chips are thoroughly melted and hot
Stir occasionally to prevent chocolate chips from sticking
Serve in mugs and top as desired (*see notes)
