Eucalyptus Shower Spray

Equipment
- Camphor Essential Oil | 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade
- Eucalyptus (Globulus) Essential Oil | 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade
Ingredients
- 20 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 2 TBSP Grain Alcohol like Everclear
- 5 drops Camphor Essential Oil optional
Instructions
- Pour grain alcohol into spray bottle
- Add essential oil(s)
- Swirl to mix and optionally allow to sit 20 - 30 minutes to solubilize
- Add distilled water and shake to mix
- Spray onto walls of shower before getting in
- Turn on water and enjoy!
Notes
You can make this with just grain alcohol (or rubbing alcohol) and essential oil and the shelf life will be very long. If you don't need a long shelf life, and will use within a week, you can optionally use 1 TBSP alcohol and 1 TBSP distilled water instead. I prefer using only alcohol and no water. I feel the finished product works better. You can use the method you prefer.
