Spicy Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 3 oz package real bacon pieces or cooked crisp bacon
- 1 green onion diced
- 6 jalapeno slices diced (pickled jalapeno slices in a jar) OR 1/2 fresh jalapeno, seeds removed, diced
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese optional
Instructions
- Unroll crescent roll dough into two pieces
- Pinch seams together to firm two long rectangles
- Spread 1 TBSP Naturally Fresh Ranch or Lite Naturally Fresh Ranch over each rectangle
- Sprinkle bacon pieces over top of ranch dressing
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and chopped jalapeno peppers
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese if using
- Roll each rectangle into a log, from one short side to the other
- Using a sharp knife, slice each log into approx. 8 pinwheels
- Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with additional Naturally Fresh Ranch dressing
