St. Patrick's Day Ice Cream Float - The Lucky Leprechaun
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 scoop Lime Sherbet
- 3 ounces Lemon-Lime Soda (3 - 4 oz) ie: Sprite, 7-Up
- 1 handful Green Cotton Candy
- Whipped cream optional
- Green sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Add 1 scoop of ice cream to glass
- Add 1 scoop of lime sherbet to glass
- Top with lemon-lime soda
- Top with green cotton candy OR whipped cream and green sprinkles
- Add a cute straw and enjoy!
Notes
To make an alcohol version, simply add 1 shot of your favorite vodka, then finish topping with a lemon-lime soda.
