Spicy Avocado-Mayo

Ingredients
One Ripe Avocado
pitted and mashed
1
TBSP
Mayonnaise
1/4
tsp
Cayenne Pepper
less if you like it milder
1/4
tsp
Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Rinse avocado under running water to remove any dirt
Cut in half, removing pit
Scoop flesh into bowl and mash with fork
Add mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Stir and continue mashing avocado until thoroughly mixed and a smooth consistency.
Serve on sandwich, crackers, bread, etc.
