Ingredients
2poundslean ground beef
10ozRo*Teldrained
1green bell pepperdiced
1oniondiced
1egg
1cupoatsOld Fashioned
1TBSPA1 steak sauce
1/2cuptomato juice
saltto taste
pepperto taste
1/4cupketchupfor on top
Instructions
In a large bowl beat egg with a fork.
Add ground beef, Ro*Tel, diced bell pepper, onion, oats, A1 steak sauce, tomato juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well with your hands.
Shape into a loaf and place in baking pan.
Top with desired amount of ketchup, spreading with a spoon.
Bake at 400 for approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Check with meat thermometer to ensure it has reached temp for ground beef.
Serve!

We like to serve this alongside homemade mashed potatoes and a homemade red sauce.
