1lbColby/Jack Cheese
8ozChive Cream Cheese
Ritz Crackers
Instructions
Slice Kielbasa into bite sized pieces
Saute in skillet with 1/4 cup Coco-Cola until slightly browned
Add one slice onto a Ritz Cracker
Top with either Colby/Jack Cheese OR Chive Cream Cheese
Top with a slice of Roma tomato
Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
You can easily make this both low-carb and sugar free! To do so, simply replace the Coca-Cola with Zevia and replace the Ritz crackers with Cheese Whisps or, if you don't mind carbs, use Mary's Gone Crackers.
