Top off with carbonated water. I prefer to make this in my soda stream so I know what's in it. Water and carbonation. No other additives.
Garnish with lemon wedges/slices and/or fresh mint
Notes
This drink will be a FP Sipper if following Trim Healthy. I can be sipped on and enjoyed all day or guzzled in one sitting. However you enjoy!Optionally add in 1/4 - 1 tsp Baobab powder, apple cider vinegar or your favorite extracts. You can also substitute the lemon juice and sweetener for a water flavoring packet like a Trim Healthy Hydrate.I prefer using my Soda Stream to make my own carbonated water. Use what you prefer.(affiliate links have been used in this post)
