Hire The Correct Staff
Having the right staff for your company is also going to make or break your business. The right staff make all of the difference in the world, and while it might not see like it right now, we promise that this is true.
You need staff who care about patients, who care about your business, and who generally care about doing their job to the best of their ability. Anyone else, and anyone who seems to be happy to let everyone else do everything, should not have a place in your business.
