The combination of the menthol crystals with the cedarwood Himalayan and cardamom essential oils is perfect to help open your airways and make breathing easier, especially if you have a cold or the flu. The shower steamers would make great stocking stuffers, but the kit itself would make a wonderful gift for anyone that loves essential oils and DIY projects.

It took me less than 30 minutes to complete and, while it did set up on me a little too quickly, they turned out great! The setting up quick was user error.
