Our son is a fan of things that have a mystical appeal to them. Things like dragons, skulls, Native American crafts, etc. He gets it from me. I’ve always loved things like that as well. I swear I think we border on goth, without actually being goth, if that makes sense?
I was having trouble finding something to get him for Christmas that was personalized and would really suit him. When I was looking through the Novica website, I found a ring that immediately stood out to me. It has both dragons and a skull and I know it is perfect for him! It is the “Fierce Dragon” ring.
This ring is handcrafted by Balinese artisan Komang Wijayana.
The ‘Fierce Dragon’ ring shows 2 dragons surrounding a skull. On the front you see the dragons faces with their teeth bared as well as the skull.
On the back, you see the dragons bodies. I love that is isn’t just a smooth band, but rather, detailed with the dragons to feature them all the way around. I love the detail that has gone in to the making of this ring. It looks as though it tells a story and that makes for a wonderful piece of jewelry as well as a wonderful gift.
It is sterling silver and also comes in a beautiful gift box with artist story card detailing the ring and artist.
