Equipment
- 1 roll-on bottle
Instructions
- Remove roller and cap from roll-on bottle and set aside
- Add essential oils one at a time and swirl gently to mix
- Fill roll-on bottle to neck
- Replace roller and cap
- Gently swirl to mix
- Roll onto pulse points (wrists, neck). Inhale deeply and enjoy a calming breath of aromatic essential oils
