I LOVE THM Baobab Boost! I used to use it every single day in homemade sugar free lemonade but got out of the habit the last few months. I have recently started adding it back in and feel so much better! I hadn’t even realized how bad I was feeling until I started using it again. I just feel better.

TIP: If you are new to Baobab START SLOW! It is filled with fiber and WILL make you extremely gassy at first. I start with just 1/4 tsp and work my way up to a full tsp. I’ll do 1/4 for a couple weeks, then 1/2 for a couple weeks, then 3/4 and so on until I get to the full tsp. Some folks can use a TBSP per day but I cannot. I do well with 1 tsp. I don’t have a gallbladder so I’m not sure if that makes a difference but 1 tsp works well for me.
