I’ve been growing Longer Lashes the last couple weeks with Stay Lash Serum. I’ve also been gently cleansing them with Stay Lash Shampoo. Here’s why. (video below!)

I wear waterproof mascara whenever we go out or travel. I also perm and tint my lashes at home. The process of perming and tinting them as well as wearing hard to remove waterproof mascara can leave your lashes weak and brittle. So, mine tend to break off, leaving them short and not as thick. I combat that with a good lash shampoo and serum! I also wear false lashes and wisps from time to time and wanted a way to cleanse them so I could save them and wear them over and over. The Stacy Lash Shampoo is perfect for that!

My waterproof mascara requires a stronger makeup remover to really get it off without leaving smudges and residue. It’s strong stuff!

So, at bedtime, what I do is apply a small amount of sweet almond oil to my fingertips and massage it onto my eyelashes, breaking up that mascara. Then I wipe it off with a dry tissue.

After it’s removed, I go back over it with the Stacy Lash Shampoo. It is a foaming cleanser and comes with a super soft brush. I apply a little to the brush and then gently move it back and forth across my lash line and up and down along my lashes. This removes any leftover mascara as well as the sweet almond oil. I rinse the shampoo with a damp washcloth.

Then, I let my lashes dry. After they’re dry, I brush them with the included lash brush to separate and un-clump them. I feel like a good brushing also helps stimulate growth. Plus, it honestly just feels nice to gently comb your lashes!

After they’re dry and combed through, I’ll apply the Stacy Lash Serum.

It comes in a tube, similar to a mascara tube and has a wand with a fine tipped brush. I’ll dip the brush into the serum, close one eye and then gently apply it to my lash line making sure I get it on the roots. If I feel like I get a bit too much, I’ll use my ring finger to smooth it out. Then I do my lower lashes by going beneath them with the serum loaded wand.

Let it dry and you’re done!

I’ve only been using the serum for a couple weeks so I don’t have any results yet. But, here is my before photo. Actually this is after the 1st week. I’ll update in a few weeks with a new photo.

Before Growing Longer Lashes With Stacy Lash Serum

For cleaning my false lashes and wisps, I like to remove them and place them on the carton stand they come on. Then I’ll do the same as my natural lashes and apply a little shampoo to the brush and gently cleanse them then rinse with the washcloth.

Neither product has a scent. They are both fragrance free. The shampoo lightly foams and spreads easily across your lashes with the soft brush. The serum is like an oil so slightly thick and coats really well.

So far, I’ve noticed some growth and they seem thicker! I’ll definitely keep using both and see how my lashes do. I love how clean they feel after using the shampoo.

I’m trying to get myself back in order! I’ve cut and dyed my hair, I’m growing my lashes and working on my wrinkles. Hopefully, I’ll feel back to myself this fall so I can enjoy my favorite season of the year!
