Since I hit 40, I’ve had a ton of anxiety, horrendous mood swings and stress. I’ve battled anxiety attacks for many years but they were always somewhat manageable. The last few years, though, those attacks have hit hard. I was diagnosed with pre-menopausal related anxiety. My hormones are all over the place. TMI: my periods are insane.
