Exfoliate Your Face And Body Easily

I’ve always been a fan of exfoliating my dry, cracked heels as well as my arms and legs. I have a Kessa glove that I use on the body, but I’ve never really given much thought to exfoliating my face. I don’t know why. I just haven’t really ever done it. I’ve found a tool to exfoliate my face that makes it easy, though, and I can see the benefit in doing so!

I’ve been using a professional skin care system that includes brushes for face and body as well as a pumice for the feet. I received a complimentary product to try out but all opinions are my own and were formed through personal use. your results may vary from mine.

This item would make a wonderful Mother’s Day gift!!!

Exfoliate Your Face And Body

This water resistant Face and Body Exfoliate System comes with four interchangeable rotating heads including:

  • 2 face brushes
    • 1 soft for sensitive skin
    • 1 medium for normal skin
  • 1 large body brush
  • 1 pumice sphere for tough foot skin

Exfoliating with a Face Brush stimulates skin renewal and improves overall skin clarity and appearance. It also reduces the appearance of problem areas, such as dead skin cells, oily skin, dry patches, fine lines, blemishes, visible pores, blackheads and wrinkles, leaving skin smoother and glowing.

I have large pores and I want to try to diminish their appearance on my face. Especially around my nose and upper cheeks. Plus I want to rid any dry skin on my forehead. I’ve heard that exfoliating helps with large pores so I plan to exfoliate my face at least twice per week. I don’t want to overdo it so I think 2 times a week will work good, at least in the beginning.

I have Clean & Clear facial cleanser that gently foams and removes dirt so I add a small amount of that onto the soft brush, wet my face and then move the exfoliator in circular motions around my face. I really concentrate on my nose and cheekbones. Then I rinse my face with lukewarm water, pat it dry and apply a light moisturizer. I do this before bed.

The skin on my face is looking good, not irritated. The dry patches on my forehead are going away and my pores don’t seem quite as noticeable! My face is so clean and wonderful feeling!

I’m not posting before and after photos, yet, because I don’t quite have the results I’m wanting. You can’t really tell a difference in photos but I can tell when putting my makeup on. It takes less to cover my pores!

There is another small brush for the face that is more firm. I’ll switch that one once I get used to exfoliating my face.

For the body, there is a larger brush. It works great on my legs and arms! I use it in the same way only I use body wash. It removed all the dead skin and leaves my arms and legs soft and smooth.

The pumice works really well on my feet. We have a beach trip coming up this summer so I want my feet to look good! I’ve been using it on my heals followed by a Hemp Salve that is made here in Kentucky. The combination of using the device to exfoliate my feet followed by the salve has taken care of the dry heals I’ve been battling for a couple years! My feet are gonna look amazing in my sandals and flip flops this year! I can’t wait!!!
