Summer Peppermint Cooling Spray Recipe And Peppermint Cooling Roller

Please disregard this image. It is from Our Peppermint Cooling SPRAY. I haven’t gotten a photo of the Cooling Roller yet. As soon as I do, I’ll add it here. The recipe image is actually of my Peppermint Cooling Spray recipe and this Cooling Body Powder recipe which are 2 more must-have essential oil recipe in the summer season!

One of my favorite summertime oils is peppermint because it offers a cooling sensation that is AHHHMAZING when you’re hot and sweaty! I love keeping this cooling roller bottle in my purse or pocket and carrying it with me EVERYWHERE I go!

If I get hot, I simply roll it onto my pulse points on my wrists and neck as well as on the bottoms of my feet. I get an immediate cooling sensation that makes me feel cooler and calmer. It is also great for sudden onset headaches. I use it on my temples to relieve the headache AND nausea!

Peppermint Cooling Roller

  • 6 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil (this is a 3% dliution rate)
  • 10 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil (or other favorite carrier oil)
  • 10 ml Roller Bottle

Simply add the oils to your roller bottle and top with your carrier oil. Swirl to mix and roll onto pulse points, bottoms of feet, temples, ankles, etc.

ALWAYS do your own research before using ANY essential oil, especially if you have health problems or are on medications.
