My kids and I love to get up and dance. We either crank up the music channel and dance around the house, break out the karaoke and belt out a tune and dance or toss in a Wii game and break out our fab dance moves. Ok the kids have fab dance moves. Me? Not so much. Either way, it is loads of fun and I’m sure our neighbors just love us!

One of our favorite new Wii dance games is Just Dance Disney Party. My girls, especially, love this game. They are all about all things Disney anyway. The TV in our room is permanently fixed on the Disney channel. It’s rarely, if ever, changed. And I admit, the Hubby and are Disney fans too. We watch all the shows and sing the songs right along with our girls. True story.

 

The game features favorites from movies and shows alike. Some of the songs include Beauty And The Beast – Be Our Guest, Mary Poppins – Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (try spelling that 3 times fast! PHEW!) Good Luck Charlie – Hang In There Baby, Jessie – Hey Jessie, High School Musical  – We’re All In This Together and a bunch more. Seriously, there are a  ton of songs on there.

What I like about Just Dance Disney Party is that our entire family can play. All 6 of us, at all ages. The entire family can get in on the dancing fun (1 – 4 players at a time)  so we are not only doing something fun together, we are also getting some much needed exercise. And it’s FUN! Hubby and I pretty much stink at dancing but the kids have a blast and so do we. My girls old can bust a move, lemme tell ya! (2 videos below photos)

Clay and I even got in on the action. I’m having outpatient surgery on Tuesday so I didn’t feel like shaking it up too much. But we did have fun. We have family over at least once a month and I think I’m going to break out the Wii and Just Dance Disney Party and see what moves the rest of our family has! It’s going to be awesome! Oh yeah!

And this is a video of our youngest and our oldest daughter both dancing the night away to the same song.  Our middle daughter was snoozing and missed out on the dance party. They really know how to rock it!

There are 3 play modes:

• Non-Stop Party Shuffle – Lets the kids play continuously.
• Make Your Own Disney Playlist – Kids can make their own playlists  with up to 10 songs each
• Balloon Pop Mode – Special mode for Wii. Kids move their Wii Remote to pop balloons to earn points. Super fun!
