I’m the worlds worst when it comes to taking vitamins. I hate the taste of most vitamins and they tend to make my stomach hurt. So I typically forget to take them. But I’ve heard great things about the gummies and have tried some samples of other gummy vitamins so I was excited to try Sundown Naturals.
I took their online Gummy Match Quiz to see which vitamin was right for me. It paired me with Vitamin C which is spot on. I catch every cold coming and going. Seasonal allergies beat me to a pulp. So a vitamin C supplement is definitely something I need. It supports immune function and helps neutralize free radicals in cells.
When the bottle arrived I wondered about the taste. They looked yummy. In fact, they look like those little orange slices candy. But I figured they would taste gross. I was WRONG! They have a really great orange taste. They are a bit more sour than sweet and very easy to chew. They are tart like clementines or, you know, sour gummies! I wasn’t quite prepared for the sour punch you get at the beginning. It did catch me off guard.
Now that I know what to expect, they are a bit more sour and less sweet, I LOVE them! And because the they taste great, I find that I look forward to taking them and haven’t been forgetting to take them.
They don’t make my stomach hurt either, which is a major bonus for me. I’ve been taking the recommended daily dose of 2 gummies with a meal. I don’t know if they are boosting my immune system, yet, but I do know I haven’t had any summer colds so far. That’s a good sign.
