It’s laundry day. BLEH!
Disclosure: As a member of the Purex Insiders, I received a complimentary sample of new Purex PowerShot to facilitate my review. All opinions are strictly my own and were based on personal testing of the product. Your results may vary.
I thought I had a lot of laundry when my kids were babies. But, I swear, as they get older, the laundry piles are getting more and more mountainous! Having 4 kids, plus Clay, myself and a new puppy means that I have tons of laundry to do in any given week. Since my older two kids are now teens, it’s time to start divvying up the chores. And that starts with the laundry.
I want to make it as easy for them as possible. We have a simple top loading washer, basic dryer and easy sort clothes and linens. I’ve switched to using dryer sheets during the winter months because my regular vinegar rinse just doesn’t cut the static. So the fabric softener portion is easy enough. They don’t have to watch for the rinse cycle. Just toss in a dryer sheet when they put the clothes in the dryer. Detergent, on the other hand, is always a bit of a problem. They tend to make a mess or accidentally add too much or not enough.
As a Purex Insider, I get to try out (and share) lot’s of amazing new products. The latest solves our problem of measuring out the detergent! Like the little detergent packs, this new bottle gives you the perfect amount each time. I have a new auto dosing laundry detergent and it’s wonderful! It is called Purex PowerShot and it’s great!. You just Flip, Dose and you’re Done!
Seriously. All you have to do is flip open the cap and pour. The bottle has a technology that only lets it pour in a specific amount of detergent. For really large or heavily soiled loads just pour it twice. The bottle is filled with super concentrated Purex detergent so it only take s small amount to get your clothes good and clean and the bottle measures that perfect amount for you. So easy!
Purex PowerShot is available in 2 fragrances:
- Mountain Breeze
