Roto-Rooter Is The Best Choice For All Types Of Clogs

Clay and I have been using Roto-Rooter products to remedy home plumbing clogs for awhile now. It is our go-to plumbing product when a toilet, sink, tub or shower backs up from hair or grease clogs.

I am a Roto-Rooter Brand Ambassador. This post contains sponsored content, however, all opinions are my own based on personal use of the products mentioned. Your results may vary from mine.

Clogs 101.

With more active ingredients (25%) and the perfect thickness, Roto-Rooter is the best choice for all types of clogs. It is the strongest national brand available. Roto-Rooter products include thickeners that allow it to flow slowly through the drain, working its way into the clog, and busting it up as it goes.

Clogs: Roto-Rooter Hair Clog Remover

It is safe for all pipes, septic systems and garbage disposals.

Because it can power through standing water, it works on the majority of clogs you would encounter. We all have very thick hair that tends to shed easily. So the shower drain catches a lot of hair. Even with a hair catcher, there’s times that it goes down the drain and backs it up. Same with the bathroom sink. Apparently, when we brush our hair, looking in the mirror, what falls out finds its way into the sink and down the drain. There’s 6 of us. It’s hard to keep it out!

Plus, not one drain in the house has ever worked quite right. We have had more drain problems here than anywhere we’ve ever lived. So things tend to backup often.

Our son refuses to use the hair trap in the bathtub. He says the hair in it makes him sick. Considering his hair is longer than mine, this is an issue. The bathtub recently backed up with a hair clog. I pulled out the hair that I could see but there was still a clog. I knew it was hair because nothing else ever goes down the drain, and like I said, we all have long hair, except for Clay. So I used the Roto-Rooter Hair Clog formula.

I poured 1.4 of the bottle down the drain, let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinsed with hot water. It still had some draining issues so I repeated the process. I added another 1.4 of the bottle, let it sit another 20 minutes, then rinsed, again, with hot water, VOILA! The clog was gone. The standing water had gone down and we haven’t had a problem since and the boy WILL be using the hair catcher from now on!

I combat the problem with Roto-Rooter. Clogs don’t stand a chance!
