I am super excited to make the aromatherapy rice bag and the foot spray in the October recipe box. I’ve never made things like those before, so, they’re “new to me” recipes. Of course, each recipe is new each month and equally great. I’m just saying, I’ve made shower steamers, balms and roll-ons often. I feel like that aromatherapy rice bag is going to get a ton of use! I have horrible menstrual cramps. Like, the kind that bring me to my knees (tmi?). So I can imagine warming that rice bag in the microwave and then placing some oils on it when really comfort my belly. So, I’m looking forward to that recipe in particular!

The foot spray is for smelly feet/shoes and I know that one will be used a lot too. Work boots, tennis shoes… they all get a bit funky from time to time. A stinky foot spray will come in handy, I’m sure!
