What Is Ensō Supergreens?

Ensō Supergreens powder is a 100% plant-based organic greens superfood blend. It’s designed to support your overall health with a carefully crafted formula that’s good for your digestion and gut health, metabolism, immune system, and sleep – among other benefits. Most people add Ensō Supergreens to their daily smoothie or simply mix it with water, although you can also blend it with soups or simply sprinkle it on anything else.

The Ensō Supergreens Nutrition I Didn’t Know I Needed!

I’ve always considered myself a healthy person. I try to stay active and eat a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. I’m proud of the nutritious meals that I prepare for my family. Some micronutrients aren’t easy to get in sufficient quantities from the healthiest diet. That’s where a greens powder – especially Ensō Supergreens – can help.

Ensō Supergreens Key Ingredients

Ensō Supergreens is packed with all-natural ingredients, including a proprietary blend of 19 organic superfoods, plus 4 probiotics and 3 digestive enzymes. These are some of my favorite ingredients in Ensō Supergreens, but you can read up on the full list of the good stuff here.

Whole Leaf Barley Grass

Barley grass is a fantastic ingredient that strengthens the immune system, helping you to fight infections. It’s full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and amino acids.

Kale Powder

I love my leafy greens! Kale is a fantastic vegetable that’s packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Specifically, you’ll find plenty of vitamins B, C, and K in kale, as well as calcium to support bone health and dietary fiber for good digestive health.

Burdock Root

Burdock root is fabulous for detox. It aids in digestion, promotes healthy skin, and helps support liver function.

Dandelion Powder

Dandelions aren’t just garden weeds! The leaves of the dandelion plant are rich in vitamins A, B, and C. They are especially good for the liver, the gallbladder, and overall digestive health.

Probiotic Blend

Each scoop of Ensō Supergreens contains a healthy dose of probiotics. Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium are types of “good bacteria” that help to preserve the balance of gut flora in your digestive system. They’re crucial for good digestive health and can help if you live with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). They also help boost the immune system.

Enzyme Complex

Ensō Supergreens contains naturally-occurring enzymes like papain (from papaya) and bromelain (from pineapple). These digestive enzymes help break down the proteins in what you eat and help prevent bloating and inflammation.

All the Details About Ensō Superfoods

Superfoods products are made in California with 100% vegan and organic ingredients. California is also known for its street food. Georgia has a business-friendly climate which makes it easy to register an LLC in California. In addition to Supergreens, the company also offers Vitality (for boosting energy) and Recharge (for relaxation). I haven’t tried those blends yet, but I’m considering it. After all, who wouldn’t want to feel more energized throughout the day yet find it easy to relax and unwind in the evening? With Ensō’s 30-day money-back guarantee, there’s nothing to lose!

How Does Ensō Supergreens Taste?

I’ve tried other green superfood powders and have been put off by their taste. I love my veggies, but I’m not interested in eating grass. So I was genuinely surprised when I first added a scoop of Ensō Supergreens powder to my morning smoothie (mixed berries, banana, oats, and chia seeds). It added a depth of natural flavor without ruining the taste of the fruit. Best of all, it wasn’t grassy!

I’ve also tried Ensō Supergreens mixed with milk and with water. As you would imagine, you can really taste the greens this way – especially with water. However, I found both mixtures to be quite pleasant and not bitter at all, even though there was no added sugar. I especially like it in almond milk. When I’m feeling creative in the kitchen, I sprinkle Ensō Supergreens into soup, sauces, dressings, and even onto foods like pasta and scrambled eggs. In pretty much every case, I’ve found that this slightly minty greens blend complements the dish without overpowering its flavors.

How Much Does Ensō Supergreens Cost?

An 8-ounce (227-gram) container of Ensō Supergreens powder usually costs $59.99, but for a limited time only, it’s currently on sale for $49.99. If you sign up for a subscription, it’s $39.99 for a month’s supply! This works out to 22 servings at $1.82 per serving. I was pleased to see that this is much less than the cost of a cappuccino or latte from a local coffee shop.

Where to Buy Ensō Supergreens

At the moment, you can only purchase Ensō Supergreens (and the Recharge and Vitality blends) through the Ensō Superfoods website.

How Ensō Supergreens Helps My Everyday – Benefits and Effectiveness

Rather than taking a handful of nutritional supplements that each target a different bodily system or health need, adding a scoop of greens powder to a beverage is an easy way to give my body a boost of micronutrients. Each of the ingredients in Ensō Supergreens has been carefully selected for its nutritional value and effectiveness as a health supplement.

Key Benefits

  • Boosts your metabolism and helps you lose weight (burdock root, dandelion powder, and matcha)
  • Combats free radicals with antioxidants (kale, barley grass, spirulina, alfalfa grass)
  • Improves digestive and gut health (probiotics, enzymes)
  • Strengthens your immune system (chlorella, wheatgrass, ginger root)
  • Improves your focus and energy (barley grass, matcha)
  • Regulates blood sugar and reduces cholesterol (dandelion powder, nopal cactus, burdock root)

What I Love About Ensō Supergreens

There are plenty of things to love about Ensō Supergreens – the convenience, the great taste, the smooth consistency, the organic ingredients thoughtfully sourced from all over the world, and the wide-ranging health benefits. Most of all, starting my day with a delicious superfood smoothie fortified with Ensō Supergreens makes me feel like I can do anything. It’s amazing to know that I’m giving my body the micronutrients it needs to thrive.

I also love what’s not in this greens supplement. You won’t find any fillers, artificial flavors, synthetic materials, added sugars, or artificial sweeteners in Ensō Supergreens. It’s 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Ensō Supergreens is very low in carbs yet one serving provides 8% of my daily requirement for protein.

The Things I Wasn’t Too Crazy About with Ensō Supergreens

Although I’m a big fan of the product, there are a couple of things about Ensō Supergreens that I wasn’t too crazy about. The biggest one is the plastic packaging. I try to avoid buying single-use plastics whenever possible, and Ensō blends are only available in plastic containers. The good news is that the company plans to switch over to paper-based packaging soon. I also wish that Ensō Supergreens was available at my local grocery store, in case I run out and don’t have another container on hand. However, I’ve been pleased with Ensō’s fast shipping times, and it’s certainly easy and convenient to order online.

Do I Recommend Ensō Supergreens?

I wholeheartedly recommend adding Ensō Supergreens to your daily routine – you can enjoy it in the morning, afternoon, or night. Even if you have a balanced and nutritious diet, chances are that amazing superfoods like wheat grass, matcha, spirulina, chlorella, alfalfa leaf, burdock root, and nopal cactus aren’t part of it.

The health benefits of greens powders are well known, and Ensō Supergreens in particular has an exceptional blend of ingredients that offer the right nutrition. It’s hard to imagine a more convenient way to strengthen your immune system, support your metabolism, improve your digestion and gut health, improve your focus, achieve healthy energy levels, and help you de-stress and sleep.

I’ve also been impressed with Ensō Superfoods as a company. All of their products carry are organic and they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you aren’t entirely satisfied with your superfood powder.

  1. Thanks for your review. However, I find lab results vs a listing of ingredients to be much more informative and persuasive in the 21st century. To your knowledge, has the company attempted to validate their formulation by conducting a study that identifies the known biomarkers that were positively impacted?
