Not gonna lie, I don’t like the name of these cookies. lol There, I said it. I do, however, love the cookies! These are a bit different as they’ve been slightly revamped to allow for a more stable shelf life. They’ve had less than 2% cultured whey added to them to help with that. Pearl says many folks with dairy issues are still able to eat them, but use your own judgement. They are only available in Chocolate Chip for right now with other flavors coming out soon. Pearl says: But you should still consider them as fresh food… once they get to you intact… put them in the fridge. You can certainly toss one or two in a back pack or purse and they’ll be fine out of refrigeration for a couple of days but for longer term… fridge will still be best.
