Which 4 oils do you plan to choose for your discount? My go-to’s are always Lavender, Peppermint, Lemon and Spearmint. I LOVE these oils and use Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint for my allergies. I use Spearmint when I’m feeling stressed. A little spearmint and orange smells so good!

Spearmint can trigger anxiety in some, but so far, I do pretty well with it and only use it from time to time.

Speaking of that. Did you know that continuous use of an essential oil can lead to sensitivity? So, you should use your oils sparingly and change them out often. I have a few that help with anxiety so I’ll use one oil or blend for a couple weeks, then switch. I’ll use that for a couple weeks, then switch again, then start over.

Since I only use my allergy blends on days when my allergies are really bad, I haven’t had to switch them around as much. I also try to use my aromatherapy and room spray blends at their lowest dilution and save the higher dilution for acute needs, like pain relief or the allergy blends.
