Our youngest daughter sometimes has a hard time going to sleep. We did co-sleeping with all four of children. They are each 3 years apart so it worked out really well for us to transition one to a toddler bed at age 3 and then move the newborn into the bed with us so it was easier to nurse during the night. A Dream Team Pets stuffed animal is a child sleep training toy. It’s really neat how it works too. Your child is responsible for training his or her pet to go to sleep. Developed with the help of a pediatrician, Dream Team Pets bedtime routine helps to empower your child. If the child wakes up from a nightmare, there are no hard feelings because the responsibility is on their Pet, but when they successfully sleep in their own bed, the kids feel a sense of accomplishment as they reward their Dream Team Pet with stickers and a certificate. What makes this so cool is that your child thinks that they are training their Pet, but really they are sleep training themselves! And it works!
The stuffed animal is very soft and cuddly. It doesn’t contain any buttons or small parts that pose a hazard. The book is cute as can be with a little poem on one side and a place for your child to name their pet and add the dated of training as well as their pets badge number. On the Certificate of Training there is a place to put the Dream Team Pets name as well as places for each of the (included) foil star stickers for each night of your pets (childs) sleep training.
