I can vouch for the quality of this meat, because, I eat it! I serve my family ButcherBox meat and they love it. Just look at this beautiful roast I cooked a couple weeks ago. I popped that sucker in the slow cooker and let it go all day on low. Then I shredded it, after a taste test or 4 and used it to make homemade beef vegetable soup. Loosen the skin on your turkey. Cut the butter into TBSP pieces and place randomly inside the skin. Add salt and pepper. The fat of the butter drips into the meat, as it’s roasting, leaving it juicy and tender!
