It finally stopped raining on our hilltop for a few day! Of course, it’s because it was snowing, but hey, it’s better than rain! 😂 With the end of rain, I was able to snap a few pictures of a fantastic gift for the fishermen and women in your lives. The Lucky Tackle Box fishing subscription box is the perfect gift for those who love to fish!
We received a complimentary subscription box as a thank you for posting.
Clay is going to LOVE this gift! I’m happy this fishing subscription box exists, because my husband is SO hard to shop for! I’ve mentioned time and time again how hard a time I have buying his Christmas gifts. I usually just end up telling him to pick something out. And that makes me sad because it seems so impersonal. Not this year! This year I found a gift that I absolutely know he’s going to like. WOOT WOOT!
So what, exactly, is the Lucky Tackle Box?
The Lucky Tackle Box, LBT for short, is a subscription service that sends a box full of fishing lures, tackle and accessories based on your preferences. LTB has 10 different boxes for species ranging from Bass to Walleye, Panfish to Fly Fishing and you can choose plans in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month durations.
Clay likes to Bass fish so I chose that box for him. Each month, you’ll receive a box filled with different fishing items. His box, this month, contained the following:
- Bait Butter – fish attractant
- Deep Creek Lures – Super Razor Beetles
- Bait Rigs – Football Jig
- MUSTAD – Ultra Lock Lite Hooks
- WOO Tungsten Flipping Kit
- SENSHI Yawara
- Tackle Guide explaining everything inside the box
Here’s a collage chowing everything inside Clay’s box.
Honestly, I have no idea what any of those things do, but Clay will. I don’t have to know about the tackle. That’s for the gift recipient to know!
The Tackle Guide, though, does a pretty great job of explaining everything inside the box. It gives a ton of detail about each item including water depth, recommended location and gear, etc. So even I could figure out how/where/when to use each item inside. Pretty cool!
If you’re looking for a great gift idea for the hard to buy for fisherman in your life, I recommend Lucky Tackle Box!!!
Would you consider a fishing subscription box as a gift idea?
